How We Select

Reviewed Before It Reaches You

Orders are reviewed and prepared in Washington before shipment. We check the visible finish, closures, stones or pearls, and overall presentation, then package each order in Maison Shu signature gift packaging unless otherwise stated.

Natural pearls, shells, and stones may vary in shape, color, markings, and texture. These differences are part of their character, and we describe materials and measurements on each product page so you can choose with confidence.
